Jessica Matthews-Rauhala

Jessica is a water efficiency executive with over a decade of experience delivering measurable cost reductions across multifamily and commercial properties. Her expertise spans the full project lifecycle—from design and implementation through measurement and verification—ensuring that projected savings are not only achieved, but consistently exceeded.
Clients value Jessica and her team for their ability to identify high-impact opportunities, execute efficiently, and deliver results that outperform initial projections.
Prior to founding Aqua Savers, Jessica led a national water efficiency program within the hotel and hospitality sector for a sustainability-focused Fortune 500 investment company, where she developed and implemented large-scale initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational performance.

Nicklas Rauhala

Nicklas brings over 20 years of experience in operations planning and project management, with a strong focus on building high-performing teams and fostering a positive, results-driven culture. He is deeply committed to investing in the success and well-being of his team, guided by his philosophy: “Mission First, People Always.”
Nicklas has served the United States in multiple capacities. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran and currently serves as a civil servant, bringing discipline, leadership, and accountability to every aspect of his work with Aqua Savers.

Pam Porcaro

Pam is a dynamic and resourceful executive with extensive experience in management and sales across a diverse range of industries. She has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving revenue growth in multiple business sectors.
Her results-driven approach enables her to deliver comprehensive utility solutions that reduce operating costs, improve bottom-line performance, and enhance overall building efficiency. Pam is committed to helping clients achieve sustainable, safe, and cost-effective operations. She is an active member of the National Apartment Association (NAA), Apartment Association of Greater Los Angeles (AAGLA), and the National Safety Council (NSC).

Mark Penalosa

Mark is an experienced operations executive who has successfully led high-performing teams within the staffing industry, driving efficiency, productivity, and consistent results. At Aqua Savers, he oversees daily operations, ensuring execution is aligned with the company’s strategic goals and client performance expectations.
He brings a strong background in human resources, operations management, staffing, logistics, and customer relationship management (CRM). Mark is also highly skilled in negotiation, budgeting, and government contracting, contributing to efficient project delivery and strong client outcomes.
