A traditional Aqua Savers project focuses on the water efficiency measures with the quickest returns. The project scope will typically encompass the upgrading of existing bathroom fixtures including faucets, shower heads, and toilets. We have in-house crew members to implement the installation as we never subcontract our water efficiency projects out. This allows us the highest level of quality control as we know our installers each have over a decade of experience in the industry.
Our experts will complete a desktop water efficiency analysis to identify the savings potential for your property before completing an on site assessment. Occupancy, fixtures, and annual usage all factor into our review so we can pinpoint the best areas of focus for any water efficiency program.
Our team will also seek out rebates from water authorities and complete the necessary paperwork you need to obtain the funds. We also actively pursue and include savings generated from a more robust host of other water consuming systems in our proposals.
Our Process.
1. Desktop Assessment
We utilize software and our vast experience to analyze the relevant parameters, producing a report to show you your property’s preliminary savings potential. This helps our clients understand their current situation, show their opportunities for improvement, and prioritize their efficiency projects for optimized investing. We also make use of incentives and rebates from utility companies and available local and federal governments to help our clients finance these initiatives.
2. Onsite Assessment
If our Desktop Analysis shows that there is a great potential for savings, we will then complete an onsite assessment to look at all of your water using features. This allows us to create a water balance showing us the end use of water at your property. We will also be able to take measurements of your existing toilets and fixtures to assist in specifying the correct material for you property.
3. Product Selection and Proposal
Once we have helped our client choose the most advantageous and cost-effective water efficiency products—often starting with a indoor plumbing fixture overhaul—we turn to creating a detailed action plan. Applying the knowledge we have gained over many years in the industry with dozens of successfully-completed projects, we develop an effective plan designed to reach the client’s goals. We will report the payback and details in a proposal.
4. Implementation
Our full-service capabilities include expert management of staff and workflow to ensure our installation projects are completed effectively and with minimal impact on our clients’ normal operations. Our in-house crews handle the installations and we provide weekly reports to our clients to update them on their project’s progress.
5. Project Close Out
We provide detailed close-out documents to include product O&M information following a project. In addition, we maintain close communication with clients after their water-efficiency projects are complete to confirm proper functioning and assess their ongoing utility savings.
