Before founding Aqua Savers, she had garnered extensive experience managing a national water efficiency program within the hotel and hospitality industry for a sustainability-minded Fortune 500 investment company.

Nicklas Rauhala, Vice President

During Nicklas' 20 years of operation planning and project management experience, he developed a passion for building positive corporate culture and investing in the success and well being of his teams. With Aqua Savers, his motto is “Mission First, People Always.”

Nicklas served the United States in several capacities: he is a Marine Corp veteran and currently a Civil Servant.

Mark Penalosa, Chief Operating Officer

Mark is an experienced VP/COO who previously led a team of high-performing professionals in the staffing industry to be efficient, productive, and effective. He currently manages the implementation of daily operations, aligned with Aqua Savers’ goals and strategies.

Additionally, he has a strong background in Human Resources, Management, Staffing, Logistics Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and is professionally skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Government Contracts.

Pam Porcaro, Director of Sales (West Coast)

Pam is dynamic and resourceful executive with extensive of management and sales experience. She has a demonstrated history of leading teams and generating sales in a multitude of diverse business sectors.

Her drive and focus allow her to offer comprehensive utility solutions that reduce her clients’ operating costs and improve their bottom line while ensuring that their building environments are efficient, safe, and sustainable. She holds memberships with NAA, AAGLA, and NSC.
